I do not have a remote work management solution:

  • We can enable your staff to work from home using their own devices through our virtual workspace solution. While using public cloud services (Citrix or Horizon) or your own private cloud to host virtual desktops and published apps, Fujitsu can stand up your core services in a matter of days to ensure your staff still have access to their most important business applications and tools critical to their type of work.

  • Our modern workspace services help customers with their journey to Microsoft’s 365 Platform (with Windows 10, Office 365 and the Enterprise Mobility + Security services). We can transform their workspace environment using our secure configuration services to deliver desktop, laptop, productivity and even Microsoft Teams collaboration services via the cloud. Providing your staff access to their data and applications from any device (corporate or home), and providing space on their network for business critical application work. 

  • This move to a unified workspace through easy access to applications, virtual desktops and document repositories via the cloud provides staff the ability to safely work remotely from any device.

  • We can provide you with additional IT hardware, thin clients and Citrix / Microsoft 365 licenses (discounted rates apply).

  • Fujitsu Selfoss is like having an on-demand IT support staff ready and waiting for you. Available to customers of any size – with one office in one country, or hundreds of sites around the globe, Fujitsu Selfoss portal allows customers to quickly set up next business day onsite support service to provide hands and feet support for user problems the service desk cannot fix.

I have a remote work management solution but am struggling to scale it in time:

  • Fujitsu can implement hybrid solutions using public cloud to increase capacity of your current infrastructure (cloud bursting).

  • We can migrate you to cloud-based systems, such as Citrix Cloud, Workspace One, Intune and Horizon Cloud, to simplify deployment and modernise your environment.

  • Collaboration has never been more important than now with your workforce spread across a variety of locations. Fujitsu can support the deployment of Office 365 with Skype and/or Teams or even migrate you to Teams if required, to ensure your workforce remains able to workshop, chat, call, co-author and most of all stay connected and engaged. 
  • We are also experienced with rapid mailbox and data migrations to Office 365 so your remote workforce still have access to everything they need via a web browser where connectivity and / or network capacity is an issue.

  • Where your staff are isolated and need a device for connectivity, we can procure and deliver a laptop or build their own device on the cloud using Intune or Workspace One to eliminate the need for an in person interaction.

  • ServiceNow has released four crisis management applications that are free to install and use up until 30th September 2020, including Emergency Outreach, Emergency Response Operations, Emergency Self Report and Emergency Exposure Management. As a Global ServiceNow Elite Partner, Fujitsu can help you with configuration of these applications and if needed, augment your administration and support team. 

Will this be a permanent arrangement?

The engagement time will depend on your needs. Where we are simply scaling up and out for you this can be a temporary arrangement for a mutually agreed contracted period. 

How quickly can we set up contracts?

If you are already a customer of Fujitsu, we will use the existing contractual mechanisms and execute a scoped project under a standard Statement of Work.
